Can you tell us a little more about you and your styling background?

My name is Cintia Jasso and I am from Monterrey, Mexico. I have been a hairstylist for more than 11 years now. I love boho style combined with braids. I like to experiment and try different things with every hairdo.

What bridal trends are you loving right now?

Bohemian style and all different braids we can make with the hair. I love using flowers, accessories and ordinary things that we may think they can´t be used in a hairdo, but they can be used!

What new trends can we look forward to?

90’s hairstyles with modern touches.

How do you stay inspired?

BTP feed is a must, and also, I like to see what other hair artists from around the world are doing.

What advice would you give to a bridal hairstylist just getting started?

Do not follow rules, get inspiration from other hair artists and try to create your own style. If you like the final result, there will be people who will like it.

Best advice to a bride regarding her hairstyle?

Bride should choose a hairdo that makes her feel comfortable and secure. We can have several options and we can go from there.

What is the one product/tool you cannot live without?

Dry shampoo and strong hair spray.

Best advice you have ever been given in our industry?

Practice regularly and keep learning.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love painting, home decor and crafts.
