Can you tell us a little more about you and your styling background?
I live in Rhode Island. I have been doing hair for 22 years. I can remember as far back as kindergarten of how much I loved hair and braiding. When I started hairdressing school my greatest love was braiding, styling, and bridal. I love continued education but what I love most is our community! Stylists supporting each other is a beautiful thing! Sharing my knowledge brings me so much joy!

The three top bridal trends I am loving right now are boho, Hollywood waves, and all up buns.

How do you stay inspired?
I stay inspired in so many ways. For example: outdoors, music, and other stylists
What advice would you give to a bridal hairstylist just getting started?
Make sure you have a good trial, write everything down and sign a contract. Never stop learning.
Best advice to a bride regarding her hairstyle?
Try a couple of different styles because you may be surprised at what you like vs. what you think you like.
What is the one product/tool you can not live without?
I can NOT live without my Aiir Professional Products!
Best advice you have ever been given in the hair industry?
Think of hair as fabric. Then think about how you can change the hair into the fabric you need for the style you want with the right products and tools. Once you figure that out your creations will be endless!
What do you love to do outside of work?
I love to spend time with my family, being on our boat, fishing, chasing waterfalls, and I am newly into photography.
